Our 3,600 square foot Showroom, featuring products from some of the industry's most recognisable brands, is open six days a week from Monday to Saturday (9am-5:30pm on weekdays and 9am-4:30pm on Saturday) and includes beautifully-designed suites and spaces created by our expert showroom staff showcasing the latest products, colours and trends, as well as numerous display boards, all of which can help provide customers with both the quality, feel and look of products stocked. Our Showroom is updated periodically throughout the year to ensure we are always showcasing the latest products and popular trends to inspire and enthuse visitors as part of the new bathroom refurb planning.

We also have a Warehouse close by, which not only holds a large volume of stock for fast delivery but also for our click and collect service, located approximately 150 metres away and situated in the same location. This makes it easy to not only order items and taking them away same day where they are available, but also picking them up yourself once they have all arrived into stock from our suppliers, if you would prefer to pick them up yourself.

Our expert showroom team are also always on hand to assist in understanding where to start with your bathroom, advice and guidance on items, and also helping to design it to suit personal preferences. Split over one large ground floor, and a small upstairs section, on display in our Showroom you will find products for everything you need for a luxury new bathroom suite or space of all sizes, whether it is new family bathrooms, guest or en-suite bathrooms or cloakrooms. As well as all the major essential items such as brand new toilets and bathroom sinks and basins catering for both modern and traditional preferences, and with a range of sizes, colours and features, we also have everything else to create the perfect space. This includes freestanding baths and fitted standard or straight baths you can step into, try out and lie in, or a fantastic range of displays featuring walk-in shower and wetroom examples, ensuring there is something for everyone no matter where you stand on the bath vs shower debate.

Alongside this, our extensive range of showroom displays include all the extras to make a bathroom practical and homely, as well as all those forgotten about essentials that are prioritised less. See the range of bathroom taps and bathroom accessories from across all our key manufacturers and suppliers, as well as in numerous different colours and finishes, as well as finishing touches like bathroom mirrors, and even a choice of towel radiators. Our Location & Directions

We are situated close to Armley Gyratory, 2 miles (approximately 10 minutes) from the M621, which connects to other major motorways such as the M62 and M1 (directions at bottom). We are also 15 minutes from the A61 if coming from the north. Being in a city location also means that we are a short distance away from both Leeds Bus Station and Leeds Train Station offering accessibility across a number of different transportation if you don't drive.

Getting To Our Showroom By Car

From M62 Westbound (Liverpool, Manchester, Huddersfield)

From M62, leave motorway at Junction 27 and merge on to M621, leaving at exit 2. Stay in left hand lane ready to take first exit at roundabout marked for A643 towards Wetherby. Travel for approximately 1 mile until reaching another roundabout, taking right-hand lane and 4th exit right towards the City Centre (A58M). Take immediate first exit on to Armley Road then 4th turning right on to Albion Way marked Albion Park. Turn left, follow the road around (ignore Warehouse entrance) and the Showroom is straight ahead.

From M62 Eastbound (Pontefract, Goole, Hull)

Exit M62 Junction 29, taking third-exit for M1 Northbound and taking first exit (Exit 43) merging with M621. Follow M621 leaving at Junction 2 in right-hand lane and third-exit for A643 towards Wetherby. Travel for approximately 1 mile until reaching another roundabout, taking right-hand lane and 4th exit right towards the City Centre (A58M). Take immediate first exit on to Armley Road then 4th turning right on to Albion Way marked Albion Park. Turn left, follow the road around (ignore Warehouse entrance) and the Showroom is straight ahead.

From M1/M621 Southbound (Wetherby, Harrogate, Newcastle)

Leave A1(M) and merge right into M1. Leave M1 at Junction 44, take right lane back and the third exit in a loop back on yourself, and then immediate first turning on to A639. Go straight ahead at two roundabouts following signs for M621, joining at Stourton interchange. Travel on M621, leaving at Junction 2 in right-hand lane and third-exit for A643 towards Wetherby. Travel for approximately 1 mile until reaching another roundabout, taking right-hand lane and 4th exit right towards the City Centre (A58M). Take immediate first exit on to Armley Road then 4th turning right on to Albion Way marked Albion Park. Turn left, follow the road around (ignore Warehouse entrance) and the Showroom is straight ahead.

From M1/M621 Northbound (Wakefield, Sheffield, Nottingham, London)

From M1, leave at exit 43 merging with M621. Follow M621 leaving at Junction 2 in right-hand lane and third-exit for A643 towards Wetherby. Travel for approximately 1 mile until reaching another roundabout, taking right-hand lane and 4th exit right towards the City Centre (A58M). Take immediate first exit on to Armley Road then 4th turning right on to Albion Way marked Albion Park. Getting To Our Showroom By Bus/Train & Bus

Sanctuary Bathrooms is in close proximity to stops servicing Bradford, Pudsey, Bramley and Leeds City Centre.

From Leeds City Bus Station

Number 72 service towards Bradford City Centre from Leeds Bus Station Stand 14. Get off at Armley Prison stop with a short 10 minute walk to the Showroom.

From Leeds Train Station

Walk up to the Headrow (approximate 14 minutes) – Stop Civic Q (opposite Leeds Art Gallery) – Service number 72. Get off at Armley Prison stop and walk to Showroom 10 mins
King Street (Opposite Wellington Q) - 15 or 508 services towards Farnley

A number of alternative services that stop at Wellington Bridge are also available, and will involve a short 15-20 minute walk.

From Bradford/Pudsey/Bramley

The 15/72 bus services stop at the end of Albion Park/Albion Way (stop after Starbucks/Armley Prison). Get off the bus and turn left. Take immediate right into Albion Park (past CW Plant Hire), turn left and follow the road round to the right down to the bottom, where you will find the Showroom.

Alternatively, the 508 service stops half way down Armley Road, and is a short 10 minute walk away. The X11 stops at the far end of Armley Road and is a 15 minute walk away. Get off to the left and walk up the road until you pass CW Plant Hire. Follow instructions as above.

Getting To Our Showroom By Foot/Train & Foot (Leeds Train Station/City Centre)

There are three potential ways of reaching the Showroom on foot from Leeds City Centre or Leeds Train Station

Exit train station at main entrance left. Turn left again past Queen’s Hotel and keep walking straight on to Wellington Road. Walk for half a mile (approx. 10 mins) until you come to the Inner Ring Road roundabout. Cross underneath the dual carriageway towards TGI Friday and turn left up the path by the dual carriageway. Take the 2nd right hand turning on to Armley Road and follow the road until you reach Albion Park. Turn right, and then take the first left and follow the road around.
If exiting train station at Wetherspoons entrance, you will need to turn left at exit and follow road straight down on to Wellington Road, following instructions above.
If using the second Leeds entrance towards the river taxi, come out and walk past the Hilton Hotel and Granary Wharf, then following the foothpath by the canal until reaching Wellington Bridge. Come off and turn back on yourself (opposite direction to Harley Davidson). Take first right on to Armley Road and walk up until reaching CW Plant Hire. Turn right into Albion Park, left at the end, and follow the road around to the bottom.
