The JTP 200W Matt Black Heating Element and T-piece is a brilliant way to convert a heated towel rail for example to dual fuel for use all year round.
The 200W element connects easily to the base of the radiator using a wired connection to the electric supply. Meanwhile the attached t-piece joins the bathroom radiator and radiator valves to the central heating system.
Adding a heating element and t-piece to your bathroom radiator has several advantages. In the summer months when the central heating is normally switched off, the heated device can still operate through the electric supply, which can also reduce energy usage and increases its efficiency in your home.
The in-built thermostat has a maximum temperature of 70 °C and is 270mm in length, making it ideal for smaller radiators and bathrooms.
The base of the element is adorned with a sleek matt black finish, which is ideal for matching with a black radiator to create a co-ordinated look.
