The 600W Matt Black Heating Element and T-Piece from JTP converts a heated towel rail, which is operated by your central heating system to dual fuel usage, meaning it can be used all year round and also helps to save money.

Adding a heating element and t-piece enables users to operate bathroom radiators and rails through both a central heating or electrical system. This is ideal during the summer when central heating is usually switched off, so by adding this clever component, it can help you save on energy costs.

The heating element fits into the bottom of your radiator with a wired connection to the electric supply, while the t-piece connects the element to the bottom of the radiator and your chosen radiator valves to the central heating.

Measuring 630mm, this heating element has a built-in thermostat inside which reaches a maximum temperature of 70°C, making it suitable for larger sized radiators and bathrooms.
