The 400W Brushed Brass Heating Element and T-Piece from JTP converts a heated towel rail for example, which is normally operated by your central heating system to dual fuel usage, which means it can be used throughout the year.
Using a heating element and T-piece in your set-up enables users to operate bathroom radiators and rails through their central heating or electrical systems. This is very useful in summertime when the central heating is normally switched off, so this device helps with money-saving as well.
The heating element slides into the bottom of your radiator with a wired connection to the electric supply. The supplied T-piece joins your radiator and your chosen radiator valves to the central heating system.
Measuring 470mm, this heating element has a thermostat which reaches a maximum temperature of 70°C, making it ideal for use in medium sized radiators and bathrooms.
The bottom of the element is adorned with a quality brushed brass finish, making it ideal for matching with similar coloured radiators and fixtures, so it fits in with your bathroom’s styling.
