The JTP 200W Matt Black Electric Thermostat Heating Element is used to control the temperature of your bathroom heating system.
The 200W element fits perfectly in the bottom of the radiator and has a control panel and LED display, which allows the temperature to be set in 5°C increments between 30-70°C. The boost feature lasts for either two or four hours if extra warmth is needed. The element also contains a protective shutdown once it reaches 120°C or falls to -25°C to prevent overheating or damage from extreme cold temperatures, giving you peace of mind.
It converts a heated towel rail for example to a dual fuel radiator, so it can operate through both the central heating or electric supply. To do this a t-piece will need to be purchased alongside a choice of radiator valves, or dual fuel radiator valves where a t-piece is not required ( both sold separately).
The control panel has a sleek matt black finish and can be matched with a black radiator for a co-ordinated look. Operating with 200W of power, this heating element is ideal for small bathroom radiators and bathrooms.
- Please Note: For standard or thermostatic radiator valves, a t-piece must be purchased separately. Alternatively, use with JTP dual fuel radiator valves (see required products) for use as part of dual fuel systems without t-piece.
