Product Information
Enhance a bathroom with the addition of this Crosswater MPRO Sensor Brushed Stainless Steel 208mm Wall Mounted Basin Spout, offering a stylish, rounded design and a whole host of benefits to justify it to be a worthwhile investment.
Manufactured from brass, it is finished in a PVD coated finish of brushed stainless steel, with the rounded spout gracefully extending outwards and curving downwards with a total projection of 220mm from wall to end of spout (208mm to the centre of the spout).
Connected to a choice of either mains power, battery power (4 x AA 1.5v batteries required) or both, it is a infrared sensor basin tap recognising when users have positioned their hands underneath for handwashing. There are numerous benefits to sensor-operated options over handle or lever-controlled options, namely less contact between users meaning more hygienic and less chance of germ-spreading. It also means not having to grip and juggle with turning on taps on or off with wet hands or mid-beauty routine. Additionally, it can also benefit in terms of water and energy saving with several elements changeable to suit users.
Firstly, the temperature of the water can be altered to a maximum of 75 degrees celsius, though it is recommended to keep this at a level that is warming and palatable for all users. Alongside this, the length of time the flow of water from the tap is operational for can also be controlled up to a maximum of 1 minute. This means less risk of overfilling bathroom sinks, and no issues with forgetful users not turning taps off wasting water in the process. The sensor distance is also adjustable to 35cm or less, and self-adjusts to the user at the time.
One further benefit is that this basin tap is also vandal resistant, making this suitable for both residental and commercial properties alike. It can be fitted stylishly to a wall ready for usage with a fantastic choice of bathroom sinks fitted within the range of the projection of the tap.
