Offering the benefit of being able to wash your hands and fill a bathroom sink without touching it, the Crosswater MPRO Sensor Brushed Brass Deck Mounted Basin Spout is a smart and stylish modern tap.

The sensor basin tap uses infra-red sensor activation that can be set at less than or equal to 35cm, and provides the benefit of no need for having to touch controls or lever with wet, slippy hands. Simply slip your hands underneath the spout and it will activate to release the water, with an automatic off adjustable function of up to 1 minute depending on what is required to set at. However, the switch off function also means that it saves water and energy than leaving taps running and using hot water over long periods of time.

It can be either wired into an electrical supply or operated with 4 x AA 1.5v batteries, or both. It has a smooth, rounded body and projection of 150mm to the centre of the spout (actual full projection is slightly bigger).
