This easy-to-use basin mixer tap is crafted from high-quality brass and moulded into a cylindrical body with a curved spout that points downwards into the bathroom sink it is being fitted alongside. It is finished in an electroplated chrome colour for a shiny, polished and timeless appearance.
Featuring infrared technology, this sensor basin tap is designed for hygienic hands-free use and can be powered via mains or battery power (4 x AA batteries required). The temperature can be programmed via the provided control box to a maximum of 75°C, and the tap includes a customisable water-saving automatic shut-off feature to help prevent over-usage of water from those users that are likely to leave the tap running for lengthy periods of time. The time can also be adjusted to a maximum of 1 minute, while the sensor activation distance can also be changed to a maximum of 35cm or less. The touchless element means minimal contact with the tap from users, minimising the risk of cross-contamination from germs.
Alongside this, the tap is also vandal resistant making this beneficial to both residential and heavy-footfall workplace or commercial bathrooms, and is suitable for high pressure 1 bar systems.
