Burlington Guild 850 Dark Oak Furniture Unit & Dark Oak Worktop

If fancy traditional storage with a natural-looking appearance is on the agenda for a larger bathroom space then this Burlington Guild 850 Dark Oak Furniture Unit with matching Dark Oak Worktop combines all these elements to offer a perfect solution.

Manufactured from MDF wood and finished in a veneered dark oak finish, it offers a rustic wood-effect that can be used alongside a stylish countertop basin with either the Guild countertop basin an option, or one of your own choosing. This can be placed on the dark oak worktop, which provides a flat surface at the top of this countertop vanity unit for any bowl or vessel sink. Alternatively, as the worktop is undrilled, it means it can be installed simply as a table-top surface for keeping things tidy, allowing for the installation of a separate bathroom sink.

Underneath is a four-legged frame for a washstand-like appearance, and situated in between is a single drawer for hiding away items from visibility or simply for keeping replacements handy and close by for use. The drawer is fitted with two colour-matched rounded knob handles, which can be optionally exchanged (purchased separately - see required products above) to metallic options in chrome, gold, or brushed nickel. When shutting, the drawer is soft-closing for a gentle closure and has a 15kg weight storage capacity. The top of the drawer can be used for additional storage space be it be towels, favourite books, or even a decorative touch with an open gap between that and the top of the unit. Each leg is fitted with an adjustable foot to ensure it is kept steady and level, while wall fixings keep it secured and in place.

The design of the furniture - and whole range as a collective - is inspired by the 19th century arts and crafts movement, which moved away from over the top decorative touches to more refined touches, and a focus on craftsmanship. It also has a 812mm width making it a piece that is ideal for larger bathroom spaces.
