As the business grew, it also acquired other brand including Simpsons Showers and Bauhaus Bathrooms expanding into other product areas, and growing market share.

It is currently owned by Bathroom Brands, a group established by Patrick Riley and Tim M. Powell, with experience in bathrooms and supply of products. They established supply chains from the Far East manufacturers to distributors, and in 2014 the Bathroom Brands Group became the main shareholder in Crosswater. It currently sells products globally with the majority being here in the UK, and a small proportion to Europe and the rest of the world.
