BC Designs Brass Freestanding Boat Bath

Handmade using smooth brass sheets to form the classic roll top design of bath, this show-stopping boat bathtub really makes a statement.

Ideal for most bathroom spaces, this freestanding bath from BC Designs is available in two sizes: 1500mm and 1700mm. It features a polished, unlacquered finish for an authentic look, complete with undulations and variations that make each individual bath unique.

Brass is a living finish and will patina over time. This bath will need preserving to maintain the finish so please bear this in mind when ordering.

We recommend a BC Designs polished gold waste to match this bath. An exposed version is available if you require an overflow.

Please note: Do not cut into the plinth as this will void any guarantee.

Cleaning Instructions:

• Routinely clean with warm soapy water or a non abrasive cleaner and dry immediately after use.
• Do not use wire bristled brushes and/or corrosive chemicals when cleaning this bath.
• If the wax wears off and oxidisation develops on the copper surface, clean the bath with a fine metal cleaner and then re-apply the wax.
• Please be aware that these models are not lacquered and will require regular maintenance to keep them shiny.

Optional Painting Service:

• BC Designs can paint this bath exterior in any Farrow & Ball or Little Greene eggshell finish - please select from the option if you require this service.
• Using a roller, the bath is painted with three or more coats of your chosen colour.
• Water, fungal resistant, washable and wipeable.
• Please allow up to 30 days delivery lead time on special order painted baths.
• Please note - painted baths are a special order item. Please ensure that you have checked the paint colour before ordering, as we cannot accept returns on this basis.
• Once you have placed your order, please email us to confirm your chosen Farrow & Ball or Little Greene RAL colour & number. If we do not receive this information straight away, the delivery of your order may be delayed.
